Kevin Hart Sex Tape Controversy: 60 Million Dollar Lawsuit Accusing Him Of Recording Sexual Act, Dismissed
Last year, in September 2019, Montia Sabbag filed documents accusing comedian Kevin Hart and his friend J.T Jackson of secretly filming her having sex with Hart in his Las Vegas hotel suite in 2017. She had accused Kevin, Jonathan Jackson, and the hotel of inflicting emotional distress, invading her privacy and negligence, and demanded a compensation of 60 million dollars. Now, a federal judge dismissed the lawsuit against Kevin Hart.

On May 1, the 60 million dollar lawsuit against Kevin Hart has been dismissed by a federal judge in California.  Page Six has obtained court documents, according to which, it was dismissed as it was ‘brought in the wrong venue’. However, the accuser is free to file again in the proper jurisdiction, since the judge did not dismiss the case with prejudice. Montia Sabbag can file suit once again in local California civil courts, as she, Hart, and Jonathan Jackson all reside in California.

Back in 2017, Kevin Hart had claimed that he was being extorted and issued a public apology. He said, “I made a bad error in judgment and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did. And in doing that I know that I’m going to hurt the people closest to me, who I’ve talked to and apologized to, that would be my wife and my kids.”

Kevin Hart also added, “And But I’m also not going to allow a person to have financial gain off of my mistakes and in this particular situation that was what was attempted. I said I’d rather fess up to my mistakes.”  ALSO READ: Dwayne Johnson AKA The Rock And Kevin Hart's Jumanji: The Next Level To Premiere On Amazon Prime On THIS Day
